We are a charitable non-profit organization with the mission to provide training, technical assistance, and resources to Tulare County families in need.
As the ‘Central Valley Compassion Coalition’ it is also our goal to build an army and to effectively equip each family with tools to recognize early signs of harmful mental behavior.
To put those assessment tools in the hands of parents and school administration to assist them in recognizing early signs of childhood depression, neglect, anxiety, and bullying. In addition, we support anti-trafficking youth advocates.
